Refund & Return Policy

At Xen Biofluidx Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality research and diagnostic products that meet the highest industry standards. Due to the specialized nature of our biotechnology products, including assays, reagents, magnetic beads, and other laboratory materials, the following Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases.

Returns

Because many of our products are temperature-sensitive, sterile, or intended for laboratory research, products cannot be returned once they have been shipped, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged during shipment, or shipped in error.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

* Your order number
* Product name and catalog number
* Photos of the product and shipping package
* A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

* Replace the product
* Issue a refund
* Provide store credit

Product Quality Concerns

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Technical Support team as soon as possible.

We may request additional information, including laboratory protocols, storage conditions, experimental details, or supporting documentation to evaluate the reported issue.

Each claim is reviewed individually.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or shipped incorrectly:

* Opened products
* Used products
* Custom products
* Special-order products
* Temperature-sensitive materials
* Products requiring refrigerated or frozen shipping
* Clearance or promotional items
* Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom-manufactured products may not be canceled once production has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Research Use Products

Unless otherwise stated, our products are intended for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or clinical diagnostic use unless specifically labeled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products are suitable for their intended applications.

Limitation of Liability

Xen Biofluidx Inc.’s liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
